You can make a reservation by phone or online.

| *The maximum amount of passengers allowed in a taxi by law is 5 people including the driver. |
| ex) When you are 5(people) please hire 2 taxis. |

We only accept reservation which is 3hours after your application.
We won’t accept reservation which is within 3hours.
If you need a taxi immediately(within 3hours), call our call center up for immediate allocation service at
03(3814)1111.
* For an immediate allocation we would charge 400 yen as the allocation fee.
There is a case that we wouldn’t be able to allocate a taxi or take a while to pick you up due to the situation of our
taxis. |

| Our Call Center will place a confirmation call to the number you fill in within 30 minutes of receiving the form. After the phone call the reservation will be complete. |
| * When making reservations online, the reservation fee of 400 yen will be waived. (The dispatch fee of 300 yen will still be applied separately.) |

Conditions for Use

| 【Capacity】 |
- Only 4 adults may ride in 1 taxi.
- 3 small children will be counted as 2 adults.
- Please reserve an appropriate number of taxis to cover the amount of people in your party.

| 【Dispatch Hours】 |
- Taxis are available 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
- Our Call Center is always available to take reservations.

During bad weather and rush hours there may not be enough cars available to take reservations. Thank you for your understanding. |
| 【Dispatch Area】 |
- Our area of coverage is the 23 wards of Tokyo plus Mitaka City and Musashino City.
- If you will be getting on or getting off within the area of coverage, you may make a reservation.

Flat Fare Service
|
|
- Customers wishing to ride to the Narita Airport can take advantage of our "Flat Fare Service."
- This service is convenient when you have many people in your party or a lot of luggage to take with you.
